"Take it like a Woman" is vintage Cooper: a powerful ballad, brought with conviction, as only AC can. Generally the music is good, so are the melody lines, but the lyrics are a bit better. As has often happened in the past, this ballad is once again a tribute to women. This is very worthwhile when you operate like Alice Cooper in a relatively small world of heavy metal machos, most of which have during their upbringing never learned to respect woman. Compared to his many competitors, AC is a feminist.
