Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 89.6/100, a mean average of 88.9/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 89.9/100. The standard deviation for this track is 13.3.

Superb.
Certainly in contention for the greatest ever closing track on an album.
I was lucky enough to see Clarence Clemons perform this song live when I was a little kid. That was in the early 2000s, can't imagine how amazing he was in his prime. This is a fantastic song and the sax solo hits me in the feels every time. Rest in Peace Clarence
Featuring Clarence Clemons greatest solo on any Springsteen track, Jungleland, is an American rock opera, Andrew Lloyd Webber and Bob Dylan re-write West side story for the rock'n'roll generation. It's an epic end to a stunning album and probably the entire blueprint for Jim Steinman's, Bat out of hell, project with Meatloaf. Jungleland, is also a final farewell to the more ambitious and romanticized poetry of the New Jersey inhabited by all the colourful characters that make up Springsteen's first three albums. After this, Springsteen would lean towards a more realistic, pessimistic and yes, more mature outlook, but with, Jungleland, Springsteen ends his first phase of his career with this wonderful and glorious track.
The best closer to any album ever.
One of the greatest songs of all time. The last 2 minutes give me goosebumps every fucking time. Thank you for this, Bruce.
Beneath that giant Exxon sign ... Love this song and Clarence Clemons saxophone playing.
Favorite song ever. It's got everything.
Clarence Clemens sax is the frosting on the cake of this emotional
Tour de force
Oh wow. The come down after the saxophone solo with the staggering piano is fantastic. Love it. Literally it;s love.
