Eh... Some good songs. Many are forgettable. Not an album I fully understand in terms of why people like it so much.

Fine, I guess.

Track picks
1. Sleeping Lessons
2. Australia
4. Phantom Limb
10. Girl Sailor

I guess it would need a re-listen, but right now, I pass. Tbh the only Shins album I like (and indeed, love) is Chutes. None of the others do anything for me.

The best Shins album! So many takers on this one and certainly contains a majority of their best songs!

I remember being really disappointed by this. Their first 2 just connected more with me. Although there were 2 songs I recall absolutely loving off here and they were"Phantom Limbs" and "Turn On me".

Yeah, actually this album is okay. Just a disappointment compared to their excellent first and second albums.

Some of you pukes need to re listen. Incredible album. Sure it isn't as good as Chutes Too Narrow, but no album on Earth is. Favorite tracks: Sleeping Lessons, Red Rabbits, Australia, Sea Legs.

Neither Spilt Needles or Sea Legs getting enough love here.

This album isnt as immediately endearing as 'chutes too narrow' or 'oh, inverted world', but, this one with more listens seems to grow more than either of those.
