Hmm.....

Obvious first thought is Pixies' album, Nirvana's albums, maybe Soundgarden's "Badmotorfinger" and "Superunknown", also Radiohead's debut reminds me quite a bit of Siamese dream. Also, listen to the Pumpkins "Gish". Also Hole's "Live Through This".

Otherwise you're set listening to 90s alternative rock.

Billy was highly influenced by early 90's Shoegaze so MBV,Catherine Wheel,Ride.As for album that sounds similar to Siamese Dream

Am looking for Sunshine/baroque/Psychedelic pop albums in the same vein as Pet Sounds,Magical Mystery Tour,Odessey & Oracle and Village Green Preservation.

I'm familiar with Of Montreal and Olivia Tremor Control so anything else besides those?
Any decade is fine with me.
