Scott Walker's trilogy of terrifying avant-opera cum horror-rock albums is one of the more awesome groups of rock records.

Music is fora good scare  Cossacks Are', 'Clara', 'Jesse' and 'Jolson and Jones' are best. It's because of lyrics which make good. The album after is not so good while Tilt is very very good.
In the past Scott Walker wrote songs like 30th Century Man and We Came Through which were fantastic. There is nothing like those here. Music changes much like yourself before bed. I don't see much more solo albums from Scott coming any time soon especially like the first 4.

I think this album has some quite beautiful moments which a lot of people seem to overlook. Clara is a very pretty song.
But yeah. Really bloody creepy.
