God I love this album so much! The way it captures a feeling of being alone and young. And her voice is so perfectly recorded - it sounds like the mic is right up against her mouth like she's whispering her deepest thoughts and dreams, the way it captures all the little smacking sounds and little sighs and her sorta breathe-like voice. And her voice is so heavenly and child like, innocent and sad in a way. And the music is so soft and brittle, like it could just disappear any second. And I love the way little sounds get added in like the sound of wind or slight far off static, it just accents the little blissful world we're let into while hearing this magical album. The instruments are so airy and beautiful,- this album is not of this earth. Truly amazing. Highly recommended would be an understatement to any of you who haven't heard And She Closed Her Eyes _________________ -Ryan
