First listen. Sounds a bit like Sonic Youth, only more single-minded and direct. Lyrics are very fluffy... still, love the energy on some of these tracks. Probably worth more spins.

Let's see what all the fuss is about. I remember these guys getting critical raves for a while now. I think I remember reading about them as long as ten years ago if they're from Cincinnati.
edit: Nice!!! They have an almost old school 80s American Underground sound to them. Lots of dirty guitar. 😁

Really liking the solos, some of the best I've heard on a more recent record in a long time. This is my first listen, but I'm liking it a lot more than I liked Yankee Hotel Foxtrot on first listen.
