I listened to All We Grow by S Carey. I don't know if that's a single artist or a band, but the album was pretty alright. The overall sound was nice and all, but I don't feel it was very consistently good. Got really boring at parts, but also really beautiful at parts. Decent experience.

This is what I imagine Wheatus to be if they were any good. It's unfair to make the comparison, but I liked the small ep. I wouldn't necessarily call it noise folk as it doesn't seem to have any noise elements, but it's the type of music that a good friend of mine would appreciate.

I saw him!” No album captures the world through my children’s eyes quite like this. A world where bunnies hop around the world hiding dayglo painted eggs under furniture and place neatly laid-out chocolate kisses & gumdrops in little baskets. This is an album only could have sprung from Iceland. If Bjork and Sugur Ros had a magical elven daughter, this is the album she would make. Where the sunlight sparkles off of melting glaciers as they gather into bubbling brooks. The whole album bubbles and percolates with the magical sounds of the forest. Where wood sprites still live and can and do protect us from all sorts of dangers. And if you listen closely, you can hear the laughter and giggles of children.
But most importantly it captures how children see the world. It captures their faith. Their trust. There’s an undying hope that springs from these songs. It fills the air. That everything is going to work out and that the world is a magical place. A world where unikitties and rainbow unicorns exist and have the power to make Daddy all better. I believe in this world. I believe in this magic. Because I have seen it. Seen it in the eyes of my child.
Grade: A+. This is a magical album that really is the love child of Bjork and Sugur Ros. Check it out if you don’t believe me. Because it’s the truth. It’s an album that could only have sprung from the heart of a child. It’s ethereal and beautiful. It doesn’t quite fit into any neat categories straddling the lines of post-rock and indie electronica. It doesn’t need to. And it vaults all the way to number one.
Actually, this was the best album so far. I've heard of mum before and may have actually listened to them, but I don't remember. However, this album is so charming and has this cuteness to it that just amazes me. I think your description of it is fairly apt and honestly I could imagine this becoming a staple for my listening parties with my friend in discord (we play games and listen to albums basically). Great recommendation.

Despite everything being recommend, I'll throw in some specific choices from those charts:
I can't find either of the albums you posted, would be generally helpful if something isn't on spotify that you either message me a link to download or post a stream of it.
This one was actually pretty great. I really loved the sound just like the mum album. These sorts of albums are pretty good to listen to while gaming or other activities as they give a good background sound. Couldn't find the trumans water album and am listen to french kicks right, but it's fairly unremarkable thus far.
I noticed Spilt Milk in your top 10 (masterpiece) so i'll recommend a few things that are in a similar musical orbit to
that. Also i'll put in the obligatory plug for my own album (down the bottom there) because feedback on that is always nice 😄

Jazzy Alt-rock.
This was probably the best album out of everything I heard. It's was little weird and the lyricism I think was purposefully abrasive. However, the music matched that all around and overall it was well written.
