Oh okay. Obviously. This guy must have been British. Look at some of those names; the Belle Stars, Nik Kershaw, Tracey Ullman, Blancmange, Matt Bianco. I remember all them albums. There was another British guy who produced all these English New Wave Acts who had albums that I really liked. Winstanley or something like that. And another one called Martin something. I have to look those two up. They had so many good ones .

Okay, this is about quantity, I assume. But I thought I just mention Tony Visconti who produced the best Albums of my favorite artists Sparks and Bowie. And T. Rex. And now I see he also was responsible for the early Osibisa. _________________ When the stewardess is near do not show any fear.

Cool. I knew about U2 and Dave Matthews Band. Didn't realise he did Psychedelic Furs or that Crowded House album, which I love.

I don't think this is intended to be about quantity, or even who is the best. It's just a different way to think about albums, and a means of discovery if a Producer tends to get a sound you like. That was my intention, anyway.

You probably gotta be a fan of 1970's albums to really like this guy. I am, and I'm always impressed by the awesome number of albums he produced that I have and like. He produced all kinds of 70s music, but he's probably most famous for turning a lot of female artists into big stars. That was only part of it though.
