Hope it's okay if I intrude here. I know very little about country, and as I like the human touch, I thought I'd see if there was any entry-level albums you'd recommend? Albums by women preferred, as I'm trying to do baystate's Women's History Month project, but any and all fine.
Alison Krauss & Union Station-Live (This album scored Alison her 17th Grammy award.)
LeAnn Rimes-Family (LeAnn wrote just about everything on this album.)
Tanya Tucker-What Do I Do With Me (This album turns 30 years old this year.)
