As far as I know, none of that was due to HR's homophobic behaviour, it was personal tensions over money, the band's style/genre etc. All the usual stuff. Also, they've reunited with him, despite it being documented that he's a homophobe. Going by everything I've read, they don't exactly seem innocent.
