Alan Braufman: Live in New York City, February 8, 1975
Triple LP (!), new release, of a WBAI radio broadcast of an extraordinary 6-piece
ensemble that was recorded right after Braufman's debut album on India Navigation.
We get Cooper-Moore and William Parker playing for the very first time together -
a musical marriage that lasts to this very day. Great line up giving us great music
as well as the addition of a faux "Loring Eutemey/Free Jazz" lookalike cover.
Alan Braufman - Alto saxophone, Flute
Cooper-Moore - Piano, ashimba, recitation
William Parker - Bass
John Clark - French horn
Jim Schapperoew - Drums
Ralph Williams - Percussion
