Yes! This album is amazing.

The combination of classical music instruments like: piano, string section, brass section etc., along Brazilian music odd-sounding percussive instruments is insanely unique and II think no one has replicated this kind of sound for an album ever since. Chico Buarque gave it all for this album, which as a result turned into a masterpiece. II would say it's arguably the Brazilian "Pet Sounds", since they both use classical music instruments in a compositionally unique way.

The whole album is about 31 minutes long, so it's an easy listen you could pick up whenever you want.

Side A is ambitious, massive-sounding and gradually epic, while side B is a bit more laid back with a triple pattern of "samba-esque, then classical-esque" tracks.

II didn't expect this album to surpass "A Tábua de Esmeralda" (which has aged well for me over time), but both albums are regarded as masterpieces, so they're closely on the same level for me.
