No need be in any certain state of mind for anything related to pop music. ๐คฃ Operating machinery... now that's the sort of thing you have to be all there for.
This album should be on my chart. It has some lovely moments you know. Never had it as a favorite so no favorite tracks right now.
This is really gorgeous stuff. "Hope There's Someone" really is one of the most purely beautifully emotional things ever... Until the kind of annoying overly dramatic ending that kills it.
This album is painfully beautiful, so much so that I have to be in a certain state of mind to listen to it. But it's fantastic none the less.
Absolutely agree. Track pick for me is actually "Fistful of Love", which I can listen to anytime! _________________ My top songs of the 2010s

Yeah, Fistful of love is like the Sloop John B. of this album, it can seem a bit out of place, but if you think so ur dumb lol, it's much brighter than the rest and certainly the track I listen to the most on its own.
Not sure what to write etc, but the key point here is the voice. This guy has literally my favorite voice ever. Makes melodramatic sounds natural. And the end is the best, wtf Mercury! The four track suite of Fistful, Spiralling, Free At Last and Bird Gehrl is like the best thing human beings have ever done.
