Hmm. I love Waits, but there are three Drake albums I prefer to anything he's put out.

It's weird how the matchups have actually gotten easier as they tourney's gone on for me. Drake by a mile.

Love Waits, but Drake was my favorite artist in at the beginning of the tourney and that hasn't changed. Drake all the way.

I legitimately don't know. I prefer Swordfishtrombones to anything Drake did, but that's not saying that much considering both that and Pink Moon are regular staples of my top 10. Beyond that, I like Pink Moon and Bryter Layter better than anything else by Waits, but I'm not that crazy about Five Leaves Left and Waits has at least 3 or 4 other albums I really enjoy.
I'm gonna go with Waits, but I cast my vote with a weight on my conscience.

Never got the Waits hype, barely get the Drake hype but Pink Moon almost convinces me every so often. Vote to Drake, but a pretty disappointing matchup for a semi, imo.

Easily these are 2 of my top 10 favorite songwriters or musicians ever. And when I need it, it is good to have Nick Drake's flawless discography available.
That said, Tom Waits is just at a different level. He speaks to me in a much more diverse way and has blown me away musically many more times, in terms of albums many more times, and even lyrically I put Waits higher than Drake. Waits is one of the true giants in my eyes. So, yeah, kinda easy choice in voting WAITS.
