One of the best albums ever! 'Love action' is my favorite. Cool It will bea hard task to find those who don't like the music here.

Synthpop doesn't get much better than this. Admittedly, that's not saying much, but still... great album.

Even among the acclaimed albums, I don't find much to enjoy in synthpop. Duran Duran, Frankie Goes to Hollywood, the Human League, and even Depeche Mode have albums that I enjoy to some extent, but most of what I've heard is strikes me as style over substance.

Feel free to prove me wrong, however, my explorations have hardly been exhaustive.

Thanks, Norman, your charts are always a pleasure. I actually enjoy a lot of those records already, but it's using a broader definition of synthpop than I originally had in mind. Still plenty to explore, though.
