Honestly. No. I don't think Atomic Bomb is the best album of the 70s. Because I don't believe there is such a thing as a best album of the 70s. Ranking music is stupid. I think every album on this chart is perfect in its own special way, and there's dozens more from the 70s I wish I had room for as well.
The funny thing is that I actually love Pink Floyd. There's 4 Floyd albums in my chart. And the only reason their other 70s releases aren't represented is because there's not enough room for everything I love.
