Used to love this like everyone else, but not anymore no. It hasn't to do with what he has done, but maybe I am just really not in Kanye mood, since I don't enjoy his music nearly as much as I used to. This type of album was released a few done during this era, and the other ones, because the name wasn't Kanye West, was considered less or irrelevant. If Kanye wasn't Kanye, doing what he did down the line (good and horrendous), this would merely be looked at as a feat of nostalgia for 2000s rap enjoyers. Generally, a super mid album with many awful songs. That being said, Good Morning, Cannot Tell Me Nothing, Homecoming and especially Flashing Lights remain excellent pop rap tunes for me and I mean real pop rap; pop music with rapping but hasn't lost the hip hop flair of being somewhat raw and cutting-edge.

Still a better record than Curtis though.

The tracks on here that I have loved, even though I don't listen to Kanye anymore, are so special they're in my bones. The rest is still pretty good--give or take a "Drunk and Hot Girls."

Track picks
2. Champion
3. Stronger
4. I Wonder
9. Flashing Lights (Feat. Dwele)
12. Homecoming (Feat. Chris Martin)
