I've only heard it once, and it was a while ago, but I recall this one being my favorite Hendrix album.

Fantastic. Just an incredible record, played with awesome emotional force and intensity. Easily my favorite Hendrix, and one of my favorite rock albums from the 60s. One of those few records that gets a lot of acclaim everywhere and deserves it.

Good album. I say his debut is abaolutely by far his best, but this is my number 2. Some of the songwriting seems half baked as hell. But it's 80% genius.

All 3 of Jimi Hendrix's albums are absolute classics. But of the 3, Electric Ladyland is his magnum opus. It pretty takes everything that he did with his first 2 albums and just takes it even further.

Some career standouts but a lot of it sounds like filler to me.
