Great alt-metal record, if you are partial to the terminology. A nice idea of the early 90s soundscapes of hard rock that were occurring alongside grunge. It's on my alt-metal chart, I like it.

Very nice pick from Patman. 'Screamager' was a big fave for me during the '90s (albeit on a compilation).

Was just thinking recently how hard rock in general kind of came to a standstill in Britain during the '90s and it was just a bunch of Irish / Northern Irish alt-metal bands like Therapy?, Scheer and Kerbdog who were offering that alternative to 'Britpop' (if it was wanted). Personally I was big on the Britpop, though, so only ended up checking those other bands out later. Need to revisit this album as I've only heard it a couple of times.

Cool, forgot I put this up as a nom. It's a great album, one of my favourite Irish albums by a band I've been lucky enough to see live a few times. 'Screamager' is the big song, but there are so many highlights on this album, 'Knives' and 'Unrequited' are personal favourites for me. Really great cover of Joy Division's 'Isolation' on here too. Seriously recommend checking this out for those of you haven't heard it.
