This is such a beautiful pop album! In my opinion better than any album the Beatles ever did, and possibly the best album of the 60s (I still need to listen to more albums before I actually reach that conclusion). Smile

I never could connect with pet sounds like I wish I could, I understand all the appeal and indeed it's a magnificent and well crafted pop record (considering that Brian almost died of stress during the recording), but there is something on it that doesn't click on me, shame though, it's a wonderfull record to spin from times to times in a lovely saturday afternoon

I feel the same, although I probably listened to it less than 10 times so I'm still far away from the final verdict.
God Only Knows is undoubtably one the most beautiful songs ever.
