Post your low-ranking favourites, one for each year 90-99

I'm doing low rated cause that was easier - (from worst to better... I get a feeling most of you will be like, yeah, that was terrible and I think otherwise, so I have that going for me, which is nice).

Michael Jackson's Dangerous
U2's Pop, Zoorpoa, and side project, Passengers Soundtrack
R.E.M.'s Up and Monster
RHCP's One Hot Minute
Lenny Kravitz's Are You Gonna Go My Way
311's self titled album
Big Audio Dynamite's The Globe
Gipsy Kings' Allegria

It's generally pretty easy for me to do low ranking favorites, especially after the '70s, as my faves are rarely among the most popular.

Here's 5/year where I, and I alone, think they're spectacular:

1990:
Natives - R. Carlos Nakai and Peter Kater
Ah, Via Musicom! - Eric Johnson
Absolutely - Rik Emmett
Act III - Death Angel
The Parting Tide - Nightnoise

1991:
Parallels - Fates Warning
Roll the Bones - Rush
Damn Right I Got the Blues - Buddy GUy
Turbulence - Steve Howe
Southern Steel - The Steve Morse Band

1992:
Ipso Facto - Rik Emmett
Racine - Sass Jordan
Buckskin Poet Society - Jack Gladstone
Coast to Coast - The Steve Morse Band
Texas Swings - Herb Ellis

1993:
Something Special - Jim Hall
I Can See Your House from Here - John Scofield/Pat MEtheny
First Impressions - Jim Matheos
Wes Bound - Emily Remler
Acoustic Highway - Craig Chaquico

1994:
Diablo Canyon - Outlaws
The Benoit Freeman Project - David Benoit/Russ Freeman
Rats - Sass Jordan
The Mask and the Mirror - Loreena McKennitt
Hard Hat Area - Allan Holdsworth

1995:
Tales From the Acoustic Planet - Bela Fleck
A Different Shore - Nightnoise
After the Reign - Blackfoot
Drift - Flotsam and Jetsam
Feather, Stone, and Light - R. Carlos Nakai/William Eaton/Will Clipman

1996:
Stressfest - The Steve Morse Band
Fields Unsown - Senses
Test for Echo - Rush
Victor - Alex Lifeson
Insights - Lemur Voice

1997:
Tiger Walk - Robben Ford
The Book of Secrets - Loreena McKennitt
If Ever I Return - Connie Dover
Pleasant Shade of Gray - Fates Warning
Falling into Infinity - Dream Theater

1998:
Like Minds - Gary Burton
Liquid Tension Experiment - Liquid Tension Experiment
The Infinite Desire - Al DiMeola
Out on the Chesapeake - Robbin Thompson
Things We Do - Indigenous

1999:
Out of the Blue - Jeff Golub

Fischman, I love this one also. It's a great pairing. Metheny gets tougher in Scofield's presence, and Scofield gets more lyrical in Metheny's presence (particularly on acoustic guitar)

Yes,
I was dubious at first, but they definitely came together nicely. A testament to the flexibility of both musicians.

Like the Buddy Guy quite a bit too, my favorite of his 90s albums.
