Wow! messed up big time. I've made two topics on this forum before so I guess I'm getting too confident cuz I lost my entire post! I guess I'll make up for that by getting creative with a poll. The question is... Do You like Indian food?
As someone who has no connection to India whatsoever, I find that I have a strange love for Indian food or at least recipes, even more than Italian and Mexican food. In fact, its my favorite type of food. I have Chicken Tikka with rice on most days nowadays. I've gone to both Passage to India and Bombay Coast multiple times Even though the food at Bombay coast is obviously Americanized and the chief chef at Bombay coast is Hispanic like me and not Indian at all, though I'm not 100% sure.
Also, do you guys think I should travel to India someday because I like the food so much and it might also be fun to see? Or would I not like the food there because its all Americanized here?
Anyhow if you haven't tried Indian food you definitely should because you may love it like me. Its my primary staple.

P.S. I'm not trying to be offensive, but if I am please tell me so that I don't make more mistakes in the future

Love it. England has crazy good Indian food. It's at least two orders of magnitude better than the best here in the States. You lucky, bastards.

Too right. Can’t beat a ruby. My top 3 curries:

1. Passanda - mild, made with almonds, tastes lush
2. Lababdar - tastes like a more oniony CTM
3. Chilli Chicken Masala - a spicier variant of the classic

Playing a lot of cricket as I do a couple of my team-mates are Bangladeshi and work in our local curry house, so frequently after a match it’s back to theirs for a Sunday banquet. In fact when a group of lads want to make a night of it here in the UK a curry’s normally involved at some point. Is there an American equivalent restaurant of choice for a boy’s night out?

Don’t go to India for the food. Go for the culture. It’s a wonderful country.

of course i love it. and while i think the average quality of UK food might be higher than in the US, you can still get stuff thats just as good here!! maybe rarer but... well theres at least one place near me thats as good as (honestly better than) any of the places i visited in the UK

but thats neither here nor there, what matters is our shared devotion to indian food. im all about dat makhani sauce! also any sauce w a cashew base... yum! Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green
