Tight little band. Love the way the guitar seems to sit behind the bass. Joey's vocals make it for me though. I enjoy this album more and more with every listen.

30-odd minutes of genius.

And I like how Joey Ramone doesn't actually say the word basement in the song I Don't Wanna Go down to The Basement. My fav track is 53rd and 3rd, written by Dee Dee.

I thought Texas chainsaw Massa-cree was on this album but obvs not.
