I remember being really excited when this came out because they released a single around the same time called "Supercollider," and I thought, "wow, they're doing a Fountains of Wayne cover!" (You know, from Utopia Parkway.) But then I put it on, and it sounded so different from the original I eventually realized, this isn't even the same song! And on top of that, "Little By Little" on this album isn't the same song as the lead-off track on the Wannadies' Before and After LP, either. That's when I decided I wasn't going to buy any more Radiohead stuff without checking who the songwriters are first, which turned out to be a good idea when A Moon Shaped Pool came out a few years later and the song "Present Tense" turned out to have nothing at all to do with the Shoes album of the same name.
