I've had a weird, long journey with Taylor Swift over the last six months. Now she is a phenomenon so big that ignoring her is just actively lazy at this point. I didn't love Red at first, but it has grown on me immensely. While the major singles from it aren't my thing, practically every other song on here is. It may not be my favorite Taylor Swift album, but I wouldn't argue with this being the definitive record of her career.
Actually just got around to hearing Red for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I was surprised by how much of it I found pretty solid and well-written. I’m not the fan of We Are Never Getting Back Together or especially 22, but it’s a decent record overall. _________________ Attention all planets of the solar federation: We have assumed control.
