Just Another Diamond Day by Vashti Bunyan, since someone else is probably going to do Ys. (they better, anyways!)
It is late and I'm lazy and tired, so I'm copying this from my chart:
"This album is utterly human, this isn't the sort of mystical alien representation of nature that is common nowadays. It is happy, celebratory, and in love with nature; not nervous before it. In fact, I'd say she feels the most at home in nature's beauty. She doesn't interpret nature as unfeeling and cruel, but as something to rejoice in, something to wrap around yourself like a blanket. She actually wrote many of the songs while going through the greyest, rankest parts of cities; They served as beacons of the joy that lay ahead of her. And they resonate within me as the same. This album pinpoints almost exactly what I hope for in life. Peace and quiet in nature with just my love, and plenty of books. It may seem kind of absurd that one album, especially just one of light folk melodies, can serve to define exactly what you want in life, but this album very much does. I'll probably never find the idyllic green pastures this album brings to mind, but I'll always have the album itself to fill my mind with the imagery."

I like the idea, but in all honesty, I think you should allow people to do as many albums as they want. The site doesn't have that many active and limiting each person to 1 will quickly eliminate a lot of the active users. I would suggest keeping the limiting one person to an album, but allow a person to do as many as they want. Just an idea, cause this is something I would actually like to see continue.
Also, I call dibs on What's Going On by Marvin Gaye

This could be boring to someone but I'll choose Kid A by Radiohead because there is no other candidate, I honestly don't know where to descirbe my personal love for it, people usually talk about it sounds weird when they first listen it but I've loved it since I listened it first. It's truly most emotional album I've heard, It gives me hope, sadness, happy, anger and every emotions that I can feel and it differs everytime, If I'm fucked and depressed, it tells me "cheer up, dude" and if I'm anxious and worried, it tells me "I know what you feel"
Idk How many time it saved my life. So I have no doubt to pick it as my favourite(both musically and lyrically) _________________ If you're feeling sinister, Go off and Listen to Indie Pop
