Post subject: What song do you want played at your wedding/funeral?
I see how morbid this can look, but it's kind of interesting to think about. Obv some may have had a wedding already, and some may thing thinking of a funeral playlist is inappropiate or depressing, I think it should be a blast, maybe it's just the irish blood in me begging for a wild wake since this is afterall the final party.
But anyways If I for some reason go against everything Ive expected and actually do get hitched, I want the dance to be to "Bells Ring", to immediately be followed by "Rains of Castemere" (if my betrothed doesn't get it, #thisain'tgonnawork)
And for a funeral I want it to all go dark and have "No Quarter" start playing, as eventually Im slowly lowered down on strings and then eventually swing around the room until Im in a place away from all those who decided to show up, and then burst in flames. After that it's going to be a fun Irish wake with traditional celtic pub tunes and plenty of dark brew.
I've never liked the concept of having a bright song at my funeral. I dunno why, sad songs are always way more comforting with death. So yeah. Is this 2deep4funerals though? _________________
