Absolute dope, furious, masterful and well-written. His voice did put me off a bit at first, but I really love it now. Tbh the "big 4" of thrash are all pretty amazing, Slayer being the best, Megadeth the third, and poor Anthrax the fourth, although Among The Living is still excellent. So yeah, I know nothing about metal, but this is a tornado of an album, brutally destroying everything on its path, and doing so spectacularly.

This album is a masterpiece!! There is no dull moment, each moment is good.
But I still don't understand why Megadeth albums is so low on overall rank, anyway my prefer is Countdown to Extinction, is the album who introduced me to metal and still one of my favourites.

I really hate the idea of a "big 4" of thrash metal because there are so many other important thrash metal bands (e.g Coroner, Overkill, Testament, Exodus, etc. Those aren't even the earliest bands considered thrash), but this album is great. I own it and it's possible my favorite thrash metal album.

Tornado of Souls is one of the greatest thrash metal songs ever created, honest.
