I'm surprised 2003 is losing here (by so much). It has some of the finest selections of the tourney thus far including Califone's Quicksand/Cradlesnakes which is easily one of the best albums ever released. That's also not to forget other brilliant choices like Shins, Unicorns, etc. I was listening to both Unicorns and Islands the other day.
Hm, 80's pretty great, but it's a bit more of a one note team than 03 this time. Plus Unicorns is great, and I love to see The Rapture on the singles team. Leaning towards 03 (which isn't totally shocking, wouldn't mind 03 winning the whole thing, frankly, just a great great year) _________________
