Not going to write a ridiculously long list as it would make for as interesting a read as a cereal box, but standouts would be:

The La's (my first gig)
Spiritualized @ The Royal Albert Hall
Animal Collective (7 Times) and Panda Bear (solo - twice)
Super Furry Animals (5 times)
Joanna Newsom (Albert Hall again)
Vashti Bunyan
LCD Soundsystem
DJ Shadow
Four Tet
Pavement
Blur
Prodigy
Beck
Ride (before they reformed)

I've also seen Oasis twice, but don't tell anyone.

I'd love to see a bucketload of acts, but definitely NOT The Fall (although they played in Reading the other night). I can't stand stadium/huge venue gigs, so it'd have to be a smaller venue, like above a pub or some dodgy club in North London. Would love to see MBV (with earplugs, natch), as well as a load of indie-pop bands like Joanna Gruesome, The Fireworks, etc. Alas it's hard to find the right people to go with when you're an ageing tweester.

I've seen Maroon 5, John Mayer, Flogging Molly, the Avett Brothers, Steely Dan, and Lyle Lovett in concert. The latter two are really the only two acts that I fully enjoyed at the time of seeing them, although I do enjoy some of Maroon 5 and John Mayer's early material, and Flogging Molly is also pretty cool even though I don't own any of their albums.

Arctic Monkeys.

It's not my fault that I live in Ecuador where there's like 2 artists a year and tickets are 800 bucks. Confused

I'll be trying to see My Morning Jacket on my next trip home this year.

I absolutely would like to see a live by Nils Frahm nowadays! I watched somehting on youtube and it seems just magic..
Unfortunately he doesn't come to Italy so i should go to Germany for that..
Another artist active atm who i'd like to see is Ty Segall, even better if it's Fuzz... but i guess it doesn't count unless it is in some suburb in USA Smile )

I had the chance to see Nils Frahm at this years Roskilde Festival, and i was really looking forward for this. Then the schedule was released. Unfortunately he played just two hours before Paul Mccartney, and i was in the line for Paul for almost 6 hours and therefore missed it. Well luckily seeing Paul Mccartney well upfront turned out to be one of the best concerts i ever seen. Having a huge interest for music, and knowing how big an impact he have had on music, the 3 hours the concert almost lasted was really emotional and with 50.000 people around you sharing the same compassion the feeling of cohesiveness was amazing. Looking forward to see Nils Frahm another time. Perhaps at a more intimate venue.

I've seen my most favorite singer James Otto two times and to me, the second time was better because it was just him, the bass guitar, and two acoustic guitars backing him up. Smile Smile Smile
