Yeah, there's far far too many to mention, I'll try make a chart of it someday maybe, but most likely I'll be plundering all of your charts for more music instead. Love

I will give it a go. I have been around long enough to know many users and when not around other users I use overall chart which is good Smile

From brun027: Transa by Caetano Veloso and others.

From Romanelli: Whiskeytown, Rainy Day Music and Son Volt (or Son Volt may have been Mr Shankly?)

From gtroda: Audible Sigh by Vigilantes Of Love

From Applerill: Tori Amos and Teagen and Sara (or at least the one album)

From Celledoor: Talking Heads and all their albums. I think some sad electronic music too. All music from Laura Nyro too.

From Meccalecca: The band Sparks and the singer Leonard Cohen

From sageamagoo: Stupid Dream by Porcupine Tree and Poni Hoax

From SuedeSwede: The knowledge The Vaccines can write a good song.

From Mr Shankly: The Decemberists Hazards of Love

From LosWochos: The Young Gods album I listened to.

I will think of more soon.

i have absolutely no idea how many/which albums i've discovered at BEA, but it's enormous, probably the single biggest influence on my taste.

Albums always end up sitting on my wishlist for so long that by the time I get round to listening to them, I can never remember where I heard of them originally.

I haven't been on the site long, but so far discovering the early Low albums has been a major highlight. Also Nils Frahm and Father John Misty.

Nils Love (haven't discovered him via BEA though)
My major discoveries through BEA have been Nick Drake, Fugazi and Bardo Pond. These had really a great impact on my taste, but there have been many others, ofc. Thanks BEA!
Take care, Listmeister!

Not a whole lot, really. I have listened to a lot of stuff based on BEA charts and recs, but the list of albums that I actually bothered to add to my collection is quite small. A few:

Portrait Of A Legend 1951-1964 by Sam Cooke

Insomniac Doze by Envy

Kingdom Of Conspiracy by Immolation
