I feel like I'm missing something.

I know Jay-Z (owns?) Tidal.

I know they charge a ridiculous premium on lossless streaming.

Other than that?

Also I've yet to hear this album, but I've hear a lot of people say it's his best?

Jay-Z is blocking his albums out of Spotify to get people to use Tidal.
