Not to Touch the Earth is probably my favorite song on this one. I always forget that the actual song Waiting for the Sun is not on this release. It didn't come out until Morrison Hotel.

Absolutely love this one. Love Street and The Unknown Soldier are the gems for me.

This is a damn fine album, and has just the right about of The Doors' mystical charm while also having some great melodies and hooks. Short and sweet. I probably like it better than LA Woman or Morrison Hotel.

Something about The Doors I can't quite stick..

Just find them massively over-hyped. It's almost like they stayed too steadfast to their roots and never really developed comparatively to their peers.
