Multiple generations of diy bands were launched into existence by that opening riff alone. Greatest Kinsella outfit will always be Capn Jazz but the influence this one release has had on records equal to and greater than it is astounding.

I love this record but rarely listen to it, it's just one of those albums for special occasions only, funnily enough, I listened to it last night cause I was having a restless night and this put me right to sleep, great sounds.

Came to this a little late--maybe five or six years ago? Either way, it was a game changer for me. Just one of those lightning-in-a-bottle records that I ate, drank, and breathed for weeks. I haven't listened to it in a while, but it still holds a special place in my heart.

It's lost some of its sheen in the 21 years since release. It's definitely been mined out.
