It's honestly pretty good. Pure dadrock, and nobody steps outside their comfort zone, but the songcraft is solid.

Let's see....

George Harrison, pretty mediocre voice
Jeff Lynn, pretty mediocre voice
Tom Petty, seriously nasal, annoying voice
Roy Orbison, warbles more than he actually sings
Bob Dylan.... makes the others look like Caruso, Pavoratti, Domingo, and Bocelli!

Five average to useless guitarists.

And the point of this was......?

That said, it surprisingly doesn't totally suck.
