I like this album a lot.
I wish I knew what the Japanese woman was saying in opening track It's No Game.
Intriguing.
And an original track.
For me, this is one of Bowie's best albums, although side one is far stronger than side two.

Slightly overrated but still an enjoyable listen. The title track can be annoying at times.

It's honestly my favourite Bowie. A bit one paced maybe if I'm being super critical, but so many great tracks. I like the title track a lot and the run of tracks from 3-6 is incredible. Love the guitar work on this album from Fripp. Makes me want to check out Crimson and I'm really not a prog sort of person.

Station to Station, Low and probably Aladin Sane all come close but this is still narrowly my favourite Bowie (for now at least). The pretty bonkers Springsteen meets Heroes via Jim Steinman of "Teenage Wildlife" is narrowly my favourite track over the nonetheless genius "Ashes to Ashes". Great album (and a little underrated in Bowie's discography IMHO.

Brings back memories as a teenager in high school. Ashes to Ashes & Fashion got a lot of air/video play. David's last really good album until Blackstar.
