It's pretty tough to beat this one...first three tracks are golden. A really great band that gets way too much crap.

Great melodies, tasteful production. Well-praised but still undervalued in their catalog compared the records that would follow.

War is one of those interesting albums documenting a band still in the process of nailing down their sound but simultaneously creating something wildly unique in the process.
