My second favourite Coldplay album. While it may be a successful album when it came to the charts, it was still one of the most diverse to come out of the charts at the time. Still has some great catchy songs with a bit of Eastern influences which I really like. When I heard the title track when it came out, I knew that I had found my first anthem. Smile

I know Coldplay gets all kinds of hate, but I love them, and this is probably my favorite album of theirs, it's close.

I don't mind it. I've always preferred Muse over Coldplay, anyway.

It's very pleasant all the way through, but rated far to highly on this site.

Not as good as Parachutes or Blood to the Head, but miles ahead they're other efforts.

My favorite band, so it's hard to pick favorites when it comes to their albums.

I just hope they can release another album just as good if not better, though. MX was a let down.

IMO this should be in the top 100.

No gracias. Probably my favorite Coldplay album, but that's really just to say I don't especially like anything they've done.

As interesting as Coldplay gets for me, which isn't very interesting. That being said, this album is inoffensive rather than irritating and something I wouldn't mind having on in the background. Nothing I would ever sit down and listen to closely again, though. My favorite music by this band is on here, as well.
