The new wave of dadrockers should follow this man's example. His chart is mostly classics, and he'll tell you that music went to hell after the '60s, but he's still largely open to modern suggestions. Now he has the Microphones and Newsom in his chart; just a bit back he had Flying Lotus' Los Angeles in his chart. He's a man who realizes that limiting your exposure to art on baseless dogma is the dumbest thing you can do. I'm looking at you, Mother Nature's Son, swedenman, Jason Confused, etc.

I like this chart, but I don't see why I should model my chart after anything other than my taste. I could just as easily throw in a MBV album or Kanye or Talk Talk to make me seem more open-minded but I simply don't enjoy that music as much.
Also, huge props to this chart for having Hole's Live Through This.

Always nice to see some jazz selections. I also like that you have Led Zeppelin III before any other Led Zeppelin. _________________ The Swizz

One of my favourite charts - no frills and unpretentious - the emphasis is on classic rock but the chart is well thought through with enough modern twists and variety to ensure that its not too conventional either.
