I like to think I played some small part in this.

Having my older sister listen to this endlessly somewhat tainted my impression of it. I still can't tolerate too much New Order. Strange that I'm OK with Joy Division.

It's a singles compilation by the best singles band of the 80s and one of the best singles bands of all time. An incredible collection of songs and honestly, probably one of the best compilations. I've always felt New Order was/is underrated as an albums band and many of their albums stand as among the best of the 80's.

This was the first CD I ever bought with my own money in around 1992. I think it was about £18, which seemed a lot back then for a spotty teenager without a job. Still adore it to this day.
