I've listened to it for the first time last week, and I really liked it. I probably much prefer reggae when there are vocals, but this is cool too.

Sheer audio bliss.
It's worth picking up Jacob Miller's 'Who Say Jah No Dread', which contains some of the vocal counterparts to the tracks on KTMRU. Unquestionably in the top 5 Jamaican albums ever made, and arguably dub's finest half-hour. _________________ 'Reggae' & t'ing
