People are too harsh on this. Tribe's discography is excellent, this record pales in comparison to earlier releases but this was still a decent album with a fair amount of stand out tracks and good Tribe vibes.

Tribe was too talented to make a bad album, but they weren't invincible from making a forgettable one.
