ethos detroit wear their influences on their sleeves, on their shoes, on their hats and on their underwear. To say this group is derivative of The Smiths and other Brit-pop bands would be a mistake. Despite the source sound, the Detroit based group offers up their personal take on guitar/garage rock and they sound snazzy. They really hit their stride at mid-album with "Why Walk?" and "Let Them Moan" and don't turn back.
