Another one of those contractual obligation albums that seem to be popular in the 60s. Slap together a few unreleased tracks and a couple live tracks to sell one more album. A couple good tracks here but it's better to start elsewhere. (Edited)
Some interesting stuff but don’t start here if you want to get into traffic. Go for shoot out… or low spark…. Instead

Yeah, a band that is not my cup of tea. A mixed bag at best.
Best tracks: "Medicated Goo", "Shanghai Noodle Factory", and "Withering Tree".
