Released in 1991 on Wind Records (Cat#: TCD-3107), this album is designed to assist the listener to reduce stress through ancient Chinese music. According to the liner notes, "This composition is based on 'The Origin of Disease' in 'The Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine' and is designed to calm the strong emotions, leading to a more balanced and healthy mind and body." Each of the two tracks exceed 25 minutes in length. The artist is attributed as "The Shanghai Movie Music Group" according to discogs.com. Authenticated on discogs.com
