Very striking at first but after a few listens I think this lacks real lyrical and musical depth, especially toward the back end. A propos of my earlier comment, I might not be listening to this years from now or even months from now.
Wow, a new Anthony is born?!? Maybe not. But some songs are beautiful like "london". Some others is pretty shitty.
One of the best new things in 2015.

Very arresting lyrics, intonation and expression. It's immediately attention-grabbing, yet I'll need time to truly acquire a deep taste for this. I do feel like we'll still be listening to this years, even decades from now.
Suffice it to say that this is a bloody amazing album. More details will be in my 2015 chart.

Fascinating soul songwriter. In its vivid interpretation I clearly recognize his Ghanese origins, his London Life and his french influences. All these elements make these soulful songs like living creatures, whom structures follow unespected patterns depending on which nature (African strengh, english kindness, French touch) is prevailing.
