This album is definitely underrated that's for sure. A bit of filler here and there but most of the songs are extremely enjoyable with great production and mind blowing lyricism. Died too soon but what we have here is a fantastic set of hip-hop tracks. RIP Big Pun.
This album contains dope flow and great lyrics. Definitively one of hip hop's most underrated album with a rating of 71. Track's like dream shatterer, beware, punish me and tres leche makes this album a very enjoyable listen. Definitively on of my 10 favorite album of all time. Rip BIG PUN

Pun has a great flow and amazing word play. Probably my favourite rap album of all time. I don't know whether to be upset that Pun never made another or to be happy that he didn't half arse anything after this. Favourite tracks are 'Beware' and 'Capital Punishment'.
Wow. I am only on track 13 of 24 and Every single song has blown me away. Big Pun's flow is too good.

During Big Pun's unfortunately short lifetime, he released only one album, 1998's "Capital Punishment," and with this one release he amassed the reputation of one of New York's greatest MCs ever. Listening to this album, it's not hard to see why. Pun shows simply amazing technique, lyricism, and versatility on the album that made him the first Latino rapper to go platinum.
