Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 88.1/100, a mean average of 86.3/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 89.1/100. The standard deviation for this track is 17.1.

I believe this song is about the 21st century and the past. And how everything that was once sacred is beneath the cities and concrete.
"For the Western front where our work might count
O mercy! O God!
Go out, await the hunter to decipher the stone
And what lies under the city is gone"
"Beneath a patch of grass, her
Bones the old Dutch master hid"
"Interred with other daughters
In dirt in other potters' fields
Above them, parades
Mark the passing of days
Through parks where pale colonnades arch in marble and steel"
There's a lot more examples, but anyway that's just my personal theory. It's quite a sad song I think. "Look and despair."
"The tributes we have left to rust in the parks"
In the Top 5 Tracks of 2015. The reason it's not the best, is because 2015 is the Best year in Music, ever.
