Rating metrics: Help Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)

This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 90.9/100, a mean average of 90.2/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 91.1/100. The standard deviation for this track is 12.0.

Maybe a little overrated, but still a classic.

Side two of, let it bleed, started with an epic and ends with one too. Already released, albeit in edit form, as the b-side to, honky tonk women, here it's heard in all it's magnificent glory. It's brilliantly simple and absolutely stunning and that beautiful horn at the start of the track gets me every time. A superb way to end one of the Stones' best albums.

Love Jagger's rendition, the organ parts with the piano in the breaks and the wind at the opening but I just can't stand the choir at the beggining and the end.
Still a great song tho.

I want to like it, but I can't stand hearing those same two chords played over and over again for the full length of this rather lengthy song. It gets on my nerves after about thirty seconds.

I think this the greatest Stones track of all. It's a fantastic way to end Let It Bleed, kind of like A Day in the Life on Sgt. Pepper's.

Great songwriting here, but I'm not quite into the execution. Making it yet another example of my uneasy relationship with The Rolling Stones.

A beautifully and upbeat way to close out a masterpiece bluesy album.
